Pain and swelling usually peaks 3 days after surgery. If you have not started to improve, then after a dry socket can assume developed. The treatment of this situation is completely different than an infection. She pulled the tooth to the dentist check it out.

I am a dentist.

Of course, because I know the story of his sister's illness and treatment can not be sure what their current status.

Suffice it to say, but is usually three days after the operation a bit too early, an infection starts at the top of the list of possibilities.

The best advice I can offer is this: that evaluated his sister to the doctor again, are the teeth, and his sister in order to eliminate the infection removed. It is safer, responsible decisions.

Pus and the most important signs of a return to the swelling of an infection. The pain lasts for about a week. be sure to see during washing, it point? If they can from their gums in the general area of the mesh are hidden.
