Perhaps something like rayon, silk, all is clean and dry, but can be easily destroyed by sweat .. Preferably 40/blouse. Preferably in different colors. Thank you!

Would you still look good when you remove your jacket?
You can usually find Nice silk / rayon shirts in different colors. According to the dress code at work, you should be able to go with him if you need to remove his jacket. They also make beautiful silk shell, sleeveless (fancy name for more upper reservoir).
Most department stores have either online or in stores. If you want something, you look better in the section of shirts, because he is more of what you are looking for.
