* * You can go on. We do not know what you do, so that we are at a disadvantage in a bit. There are "prosumer" cameras like the Canon GL2 Standard Definition and Sony DCR-VX2100 and High-Definition is the Sony HDR-FX1000. The most obvious difference is a prosumer cam 1 / 8 "stereo mic jack instead of the pro-grade XLR connectors ... You can use a XLR adapter to use as juicedLink them, or if you BeachTek XLR microphones.

Or you can jump in and to the HVR-V1U or Canon XHA1 in a relatively short time.

Sony HVR-V1U - I had the opportunity to use the camera a few times if you want all the features of this model, but want a better low-light shooting is possible, then buy the camcorder Sony HVR-Z1, which further $ 600 or less. Or you can from a Canon A1, Panasonic HVX200 or Sony XDCAM PMW-thinking 1st Before we can move you to the website retrevo.com and download the manual and help you refine your search to a specific model.
